This award winning and collegiate US firm is seeking to recruit two Corporate Private M&A associates for their London office.

They are seeking lawyers who have experience in the London market and are England & Wales qualified. However, common law jurisdiction qualified associates are also welcome to apply if you can demonstrate valuable experience of M&A transactions and how this would translate into their UK operations.

The firm undertakes a broad range of corporate matters across their US, European and Asian offices and offer a supportive and inclusive environment for all of their lawyers. The sectors cover technology, life sciences, healthcare and the deals include domestic/international M&A, joint ventures and private equity.

You will be entrusted with an appropriate level of responsibility for your experience and encouraged to be active amongst the team. The firm values contributions from lawyers at all levels and this has forged a cohesive unit that provides a strong platform for everyone to succeed.
