Senior Commercial Property Solicitor | L500 ranked firm | Partner Succession role
This is a rare opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to inherit a longstanding client base at a L500 ranked practice, working alongside a market leading partner.

This firm has been established for over 180 years and has over 70 staff. The firm deal with a broad range of commercial clients including FTSE and AIM listed companies and private companies. The firm has a large presence and is very progressive with good rapport with clients and businesses in the local area. The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to inherit a long-standing client base from one of the regions leading real estate partners based from the firms Godalming office.

The firm's Real Estate office deals with a broad scope of matters which includes landlord & tenant work, sales & acquisitions, development work, real estate finance and much more. This firm have been dealing with the same clients for over 50+ years giving any new recruit into the team a robust platform to service a quality level of work from.

In this role you will be working alongside a very well-established partner, dealing with their clients with a view of succession and handover. This partner has been with the firm for over 15+ years and they have established a varied and diverse client base over this period of time.

Requirements

  • You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor 5+ years PQE and you will be able to run your own transactions
  • You will be motivated to join a firm in line with succession planning
  • You will have an eye for detail, enjoy working as part of a team but also be able to work autonomously when required
