The Role

The firm is seeking an experienced Senior Immigration Solicitor to join their growing Manchester office.

You will form an important part of the firm's well-established Immigration department dealing with corporate, and private and family immigration law which will make for a varied and broad role.

You will provide expertise in both private and business cases and manage immigration/EU and British citizenship applications, assist with making applications within the UK and from overseas.

You will manage and supervise junior members of the team to manage appropriate caseload types and complexities.

Due to the expansion of the team and increased workloads, the role comes with prospects for career progression and development, playing a vital part of the Immigration team.

Requirements

  • You will be an Immigration Solicitor with at least 3 years' experience within this field
  • The ability to confidentially manage your own caseload of high calibre work and clients
  • A transferable client base of regional contacts is highly advantageous
  • You will have strong business development capabilities
  • You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail

Renumeration

  • Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package and a lucrative bonus structure
