Head of Residential Conveyancing , Portsmouth.

This is a superb role and a stepping staone to partnership where you will have resposnisbility for leading a number of fee earners and support staff who would be based across different locations.

You job is to set strategy for the team and to ensure all overall day to day operations are running smoothly. 

You'll supervise and mentor less experienced members of staff , conduct one to ones with fee earners, set targets, drive improvemnets within the business and to conduct audits in relation to CQS guidelines.

You will have excellent technical ability and have experience of supervising team members previously.
