Job Details
A leading US Technology Business with state-of-the-art offices based in the heart of Munich is seeking a Legal Counsel with at least 3.5yrs+ to support the EMEA business sales teams. This amazing business offers dynamic cloud and IT infrastructure services including artificial intelligence and machine learning etc.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, negotiating and advising on strategic technology service agreements with enterprise customers and partners and provide legal support for local and regional services and initiatives. Typical transactions will range from standard contracts to complex, high-value agreements. The role includes participating in other legal team projects, including managing legal issues that arise in existing commercial relationships and handling customer and client inquiries.
The Candidate
A pragmatic lawyer with 4yrs+ PQE who is innovative, progressive and extremely hands-on. Must be fluent in German and English with the ability to draft & negotiate contracts in both languages and have solid bilingual transactional experience. Ideally, you will have experience in negotiating high-value IT transactions, including technology licensing agreements and relish the opportunity to create innovative solutions to provide a seamless customer experience for key clients.
