This well-liked and highly successful City law firm has two excellent contract opportunities for experienced lawyers / advocates to join their thriving Regulatory / Professional Discipline practice in London. Applicants will need to have proven advocacy skills and a keen interest in this area, and be happy to come into a fixed term contract role to start as soon as possible. The team are flexible as to term and are happy to consider 3 to 18 months, depending on the individual and their circumstances. These are, in essence, pure advocacy based roles, focusing on preparing and presenting cases. Regulatory / professional discipline experience, while beneficial and welcome, is not essential, however you will need to have well versed experience with trials, dealing with expert evidence and witness handling.
