Legal Counsel (NQ Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Paralegal)

A small in-house legal team at a large property development company based in Manchester (read on - it's more of a classic in-house role, not just property work and indeed isn't designed for a property lawyer!) seeks a solicitor, legal executive or experienced paralegal for a new legal counsel opportunity. It's a seriously large company which has recently been restructured, creating a much bigger and more interesting job for the in-house legal team. 

The team is currently made up of circa 5 people in total - you would be responsible for doing a variety of work for 2 of the senior legal counsels in the team. 

Suitable legal experience that would come in useful here includes commercial and corporate work, property and finance - but the team is really flexible about the exact experience of new joiners as long as the aptitude and team fit is there - and most importantly the confidence to adapt to the changing needs of an exciting entrepreneurial business which moves at a serious pace. 

Agile working (between home and their plush office) is the norm here (likely a 50:50 split), and alternative working patterns such as 4 days part-time will be considered. 

NQs, Legal Executives and experienced Paralegals are likely to be at the right level for this job.
