Transactional Lawyer, Insurance

A rapidly expanding insurance company with technology and innovation driving the growth is seeking an additional qualified lawyer to join the small legal team. Having doubled in size in the last year, this financial services group is heading towards a transaction, and they are looking for this hire to help with due diligence and co-ordination, running the transaction as it moves forward. You will also serve as part of the combined legal team and support on commercial contracts, 3^rd party supplier agreements, outsourcing and insurance matters as well as anything else that may come into the department.

The amazing culture at this company is unique and they need someone who is energised by the fast pace and willing to turn their hand to anything. Someone understanding of how a corporate transaction is run is essential, but you don’t need to be an all-out corporate lawyer necessarily. You should have at least 3 years qualified experience and ideally some financial services exposure although you could be coming directly from private practice or in-house. This is a great opportunity to get some interesting and hands-on transactional experience on the CV. The company can offer flexible working and an excellent package.
