COMMERCIAL LITIGATION (CAYMAN) (3 - 5 PQE) (£195,000 - £250,000) (UK GROSS COMPARATOR)

This major offshore firm has one of the leading litigation practices on island and is seeking to hire an additional commercial litigator at the 3 - 5 PQE level. You will need to have gained your training and experience at either a major regional, national, international or offshore firm, and be admitted in either the UK, Australia, New Zealand or Canada. Much of the work undertaken by the team is complex, high value and multi-jurisdictional in nature and includes insolvency, banking and finance disputes, fraud, asset-tracing, contractual disputes, professional negligence and trusts disputes.

All the islands (a) have English as their main language and (b) have a very friendly, lively and cosmopolitan expat community (circa 50% of the population in Bermuda, BVI and Cayman are expats drawn from every corner of the globe), which makes settling into island life much easier. In addition, no exams are necessary to get admitted and practise in Cayman, BVI or Bermuda.
