Elite US Firm - Corporate / Finance / Projects Lawyers (Singapore)

Market leading US firm seeks an ambitious, motivated associates with up to 4yrs PQE for their expanding practice in Singapore. Candidates will have a unique opportunity to gain experience in a wide variety of transactions across varied industries throughout South and South East Asia.

Working on a variety of deals with multiple partners and more senior associates, the work spans cross-border M&A, banking and finance, private equity, capital markets, restructurings and projects / energy.

To be considered it is expected that applicants will possess first class academics and be qualified to practice in the US/UK/AUS/NZ. Technically excellent with experience to date developed at a leading international law firm you will be a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships, both internally and externally. Previous experience or an established connection to the region is desirable, as are additional languages.
