M&A/PE (2-3yrs+ PQE) - Offshore Law Firm

Our client’s corporate team is recognised as market leaders in the offshore space, providing cutting edge transactional & regulatory advice to their global client base from their full-service international network of offices.

In response to sustained deal flow, they now seek a talented associate for their expanding Hong Kong team ideally at 2-3 years PQE level with corporate experience in M&A/private equity transactions. They are looking for excellence, so you will also need top class academics and training received from a top tier international law firm. Team work is also particularly important to our client, so they are keen to bring on board an individual who is motivated, proactive and personable, able to contribute positively to the group. Fluent spoken English and Mandarin is important (though not absolutely essential).

Financially the firm is very competitive – paying just outside Magic Circle rates – and able to offer interesting work, genuine career progression and a much healthier work life balance than you would get within the Magic/Silver Circle or equivalent US law firms. Furthermore, partners in the group have a great reputation as mentors and work closely with their associates to develop bespoke training & development programs.
