Commercial Property - Head of Team opportunity - Bristol or Cardiff (with 3 days a week WFH)

Fantastic opportunity for an ambitious mid to senior level Commercial Property lawyer who is now looking for a more senior and influential position and feels ready to take their next step in to what could be for the right person a Head of Team role.

This multi-office firm already has a strong Commercial Property practice with a client base of large national and international corporates, pension funds and further education establishments together with SMEs and local businesses. The Commercial Property team sits as part of the firm’s wider Business Services Department and works closely with the Corporate and Commercial teams advising on property issues arising out of the firm’s strong M&A work for example.

This is likely to be either a Partner appointment or this could suit an ambitious Senior Associate who is looking for this sort of chance to step up and lead the build out of a small, specialist Commercial Property team. There are exciting plans in place across the firm heading in 2022 and you could be a key part of this.

This is a role to be based in either the firm’s Bristol or Cardiff offices, and there are excellent opportunities for hybrid working, including a number of days working from home each week.
