The Role
NQ to 3 PQE Real Estate Solicitor L500-ranked team in Exeter
Well connected to numerous regional and national Developers, and as the team continues to grow organically and attract new business, the Partner seek to work alongside and mentor a junior lawyer.
In a varied role, you'll action all areas of transactional law concerning site set up and plots, along with advising on sewer and road adoption agreements, land acquisitions for development, whilst supporting the broader team in others area to build expertise.
Either with experience under your belt, or NQ and feeling like Development work is the avenue you wish to pursue, the Partners are open to those from all background.
This is a rare opening for a driven and passionate Real Estate lawyer to work with and learn from influential Partners. In expanding your knowledge, you will rise to be a key player in the market, being met with continued reward.
