Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 DOE
Contract: Permanent
CRA Consulting are recruiting on behalf of one our prestigious clients with offices throughout the nation. Our client is looking to recruit a commercial solicitor to support the continued growth of this department. Our client is a leading law firm offering a range of business and personal services across multiple practice areas and is well recognised for the professional expertise they are able to offer.
Required Attributes
* Newly Qualified solicitor up to 5 years + PQE experience in a Commercial Property environment
* A proven ability to manage your own caseload and deliver to deadlines
* Used to dealing with a varied caseload of commercial property matters including landlord and tenant, sales and acquisitions, leases, property development and much more.
* A proactive approach towards business development
* A commitment to delivering excellent client care
* Excellent communication skills
