Perfect role for an ambitious and commercially minded business litigation lawyer wanting more autonomy and to play a bigger part in helping to lead and develop a team.

With a multi-office presence, predominantly in the South of England, its growing London office forms a key part of the firm’s network.

The Role & You

You will have hit a roadblock or may have become increasingly frustrated by the lack of opportunity to progress your career at your current firm. This exciting role with our client will offer you the platform to play to your strengths and you will be actively encouraged to develop your experience and expertise further. Just as importantly, you will have the freedom to be yourself.

There will be a broad range of contentious business matters for you to deal with across a mix of corporate and commercial clients, including disputes relating to:

• Shareholders & partnerships
• The full range of commercial contracts
• Professional negligence
• Insolvency including director disqualification

You will be confident enough to work on complex matters independently whilst working effectively as part of a broader cross-office team. There is ample experienced support offered by senior litigators in other offices. The longer-term potential for you to build a London team awaits.
