Job Details
Our client, a high growth digital technology company operating in the clinical healthcare space, now seeks a lawyer to lead on commercial and broader legal matters.
Reporting to the CFO, the role will provide advice to the CEO and Senior leadership team and generally support the business across sales, science and finance, with something of a focus on commercial agreements and negotiations but also looking at broader legal, regulatory and compliance issues.
You will be a qualified lawyer and have at least 2/3 years experience from a law firm or similar type of in-house organisation. Any experience with clinical trials and or software agreements/licensing would also be beneficial. You will be able to work at all levels and also be team player with the ambition to grow and adapt within a fast paced developing company.
The role is being considered as full time but could potentially be considered at slightly less than full time for an appropriate candidate.
