Property Paralegal

LAW Absolute have been instructed on a property paralegal role, on a permanent basis with the potential to lead to a training contract.

Our client seeks to recruit a paralegal with a minimum of 12 months’ residential or commercial property experience.

The role would suit an applicant with high levels of motivation and responsiveness, good people skills, great organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple files at the same time.

The applicant should have achieved Commendation or a Distinction in the LPC, have graduated with a 2:1 or higher, and should have a keen interest in Property Law.

The work will be varied dealing with residential and commercial property matters but the candidate should be able to review contracts and leases, prepare statements and will be encouraged to prepare reports on title.  The candidate will work closely with the Partner and run files together and alone. This will be a great opportunity to gain technical and insightful experience in the fast-moving property world, with the possibility that the role will lead to a training contract.

The role will be remote initially, with the possibility of being based in the firm’s office when it reopens post-Covid.
