EMEA Regional Counsel – General Commercial Lawyer - ESG

The role is for a general commercial lawyer to work with the EMEA regional team tackling a broad range of commercial agreements including consultancy contracts and master services agreements.  In addition, you will be advising on corporate governance and compliance, offering risk management, and generally providing legal support to the broader business functions.  The role will be challenging, interesting and varied.

We are seeking a lawyer who is registered to practice in the UK, either having qualified here or completed the transfer test.  You must have at least 5 years’ PQE and ideally will have both private practice and in-house experience.  EMEA or wider international experience is also highly desirable.

This will suit a mid/senior level commercial lawyer who wants to work in a dynamic, business-focused role.  You must be confident, pragmatic and happy to deal with senior stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
