PRIVATE FUNDS LAWYER - 4+ PQE

This highly respected and well-liked international law firm has an excellent opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their busy and thriving Investment Funds practice.  Working closely alongside their lead partner in this area, the role will concentrate on launching funds and investment platforms for clients that raise capital across a global, primarily institutional, investor base.  The successful applicant is therefore likely to have extensive experience advising institutional and boutique fund managers on private funds across private equity, venture capital, credit, infrastructure and/or real estate.  Experience of acting for managers in raising discretionary funds, spinning out of institutions and raising co-investment funds, and assisting institutional investors on their fund investment and co-investment programmes would also be highly valued.  To thrive in this position, you'll need to enjoy focusing on the detail of drafting and negotiating high-level documentation and playing a key role in driving major projects forward; while also being sensitive to the needs of clients, and enjoy being client facing and contributing to BD.
