This major UK and international law firm has an excellent new opportunity for a further Associate to join their highly rated Commercial, Outsourcing & Technology team in London. Their busy and thriving practice focusses particularly on complex, high-value and strategic commercial agreements, outsourcing (both IT and business process), technology contracts and data protection; whilst the team works for clients in a range of sectors, life sciences, hotels and leisure, art and transport feature prominently to align with the firm’s strengths in these areas.  The team are particularly seeking someone with proven ability in drafting complex commercial agreements; experience of IT contracts (MSAs, software development agreements) and the Life Sciences industry would also be highly valued.  Applicants should ideally be UK or Commonwealth qualified lawyers who have a range of relevant high-level experience, combined with the drive, enthusiasm and tenacity required to succeed within a dynamic and high-performing private practice team.
