Job Details
This relatively new tech company seeks an experienced Regulatory/Commercial Fintech lawyer to lead its legal function as it embarks on a period of high octane growth. The company operates within the insurance industry and is disrupting an archaic system with a user-friendly, efficient and tech enabled solution. Since inception five years ago, the company has raised in excess of £6m in funding and has ambitious plans for the future.
Part of the role will involve growing the legal function with current responsibility for 4 lawyers. The legal team is involved in an array of exciting projects that require expertise in financial regulatory (insurance regulatory would be helpful but not essential), general commercial and corporate (capital/fund raising). The company is branching out in several European locations so someone with European/Cross border experience would be great.
