I'm working on an exciting Senior Paralegal hire with one of the most innovative and impressive start-ups I have seen in the North West. This business is growing at a great pace, entrepreneurial, environmentally conscious, flexible, and offering the role on a remote basis with access to modern offices at your discretion.

The Senior Paralegal role will support the legal team on a broad range of legal matters including:

- Commercial contracts.
- IP.
- Data protection.
- Corporate transactions.
- Assisting with building a bank of legal precedents.
- Company secretarial.
- Technology contracts.

You:

- A proven track record in commercial or corporate law gained in-house or in a large private practice.
- Excellent academics.
- Ability to deal with a fast pace of work.
