We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor, to join a leading Corporate team within a top 100 UK law firm.

The team is experienced in dealing with international transactions as well as UK deals, including acquisitions of overseas businesses and disposals of UK companies to international buyers.

The ideal candidate should have gained solid knowledge in all areas of corporate transactions in a reputable firm or during their training seat and will be comfortable to play an active role in marketing and practice development as well as providing a high level of service to existing clients.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful team in Chelmsford, which enjoys an excellent reputation and can offer clear opportunities for progression.
