Internationally renowned Top 100 firm seeking a Corporate Solicitor 5+ PQE for their team in Oxford.
This firm is continuing to grow its already established overseas network of offices, with their corporate practice being a core focus of expansion, making it an exceptional time to consider joining this firm.

The role:
Due to continued expansion, this firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor 5+ PQE to further strengthen their corporate offering out of Oxford.
You will work across a broad range of corporate transactional work including but not limited to M&A, PE, joint ventures and third-party investments.
The team want someone who is passionate about business development as they will give you the platform to network amongst the biggest and best in the industry. Therefore, you must have advanced communication skills and a genuine entrepreneurial flair.
You will be given a high level of exposure from the outset and a platform to raise your profile within the corporate space with the support of industry-leading partners.
Requirements:
· Corporate Solicitor 5+ PQE with training and experience in a quality practice
· Broad corporate experience inclusive of M&A, finance and governance work
· Demonstrable business skills and commercial acumen
