Fantastic opportunity for a paralegal / legal assistant to join a top tier Commercial Property Team based in Bournemouth.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing team who are retaining and winning substantial commercial property instructions by focusing on providing excellent client service delivered by a team of leading senior lawyers.

This role will suit either a LLB / GDL / LPC graduate with strong academics or a paralegal / legal assistant with some experience working in property.

For a successful applicant with little or no previous legal work experience, the paralegal position involves providing help and support to all members of the Team and will initially involve assisting with the Team's transaction postcompletion work (including stamp duty land tax returns & filings and applications to HM Land Registry). As the successful applicant obtains further experience the role will include drafting of documentation, assisting Team members to progress transactions and ultimately (as more experience is gained) dealing with straightforward commercial property
transactions under the supervision of the Team.
