Commercial Litigation Partner/Partner Designate > 7 years pqe

One of the long-standing boutique disputes firms has recently won some very high profile disputes banking work involving multi-million pound fraud and, independently, some very high profile disputes utilities work. The work is international and it has been litigation funded over a two to three year period.

The firm is really keen to recruit another partner (a partner from another firm or someone who is senior associate/partner designate) with the aim of this person heading up their own matters with the assistance of junior lawyers.

The firm is very profitable, which serves as a positive during these times, and there is a clear path through to fixed share partnership with equity points on offer for those who excel. A generous bonus structure is also in place.

To be considered for this position, it would be preferable to have had at least four years' post qualification experience on the disputes side involving fraud, banking and/or general commercial litigation experience.

The firm is very flexible and will consider those wanting to work from home for some of the working week and it will also consider those who can only commit to three or four days each week.
