Job Details
Our client, a leading UK-based law firm are looking for an experienced Paralegal to be based in their Surrey office on a part-time basis. The role will involve supporting the Construction, Engineering & Projects team on a range of legal services, including transactional advice and advising on disputes relating to large-scale construction and engineering projects in the UK and internationally.
Specifically, the role will involve assisting with drafting, negotiating and project managing construction contracts, research, proof reading, and producing and issuing documentation, along with general paralegal and administrative duties.
This role is a Part-time position, working 29.5 hours in any variation. Our client prefers candidates with a proven track record dealing with Construction issues. However, they are open-minded, and truly exceptional recent graduates may be of interest, but they must be quick learners and able to use their initiative when required.
Applicants must have excellent academics, exemplary organisational and IT skills, with a keen eye for detail.
It is essential, that applicants are able to commute to Surrey with ease.
