Senior Associate - Corporate, 6+ PQE with Competitive Salary + Benefits
Our client is a Tier 1 Legal 500 firm, and they are seeking a Senior Corporate Associate to join their growing team based in Ipswich.
You will join an experienced team where you will be expected to give proactive advice on a full spectrum of corporate transactions including exposure to a wide ranging client base and a varied caseload of high quality work that includes international elements.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years PQE + gained within a well-regarded city, regional or national firm with a well-developed knowledge in all areas of corporate transacations.
You should also have strong technical, drafting and negotiation skills and an interest in leading client relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team with an outstanding reputation, with excellent progression opportunities.
Interviews will be conducted via video calls.
