Commercial Solicitor – Associate / Senior Associate

Our client is a leading UK law firm, with a number of office locations including a City office and a large Bristol office. They have a new opening within their market-leading Commercial team, likely to suit an ambitious Associate or a recently appointed Senior Associate.

The team provides leading-edge business solutions to its clients ranging from high tech start-ups to multi-national corporates and across a number of core sectors of the UK economy including financial services, utilities, retail, energy, and tech, media and communications.

The work is both national and often international, advising on important commercial projects and often helping clients on their digitalisation plans which are vital in today’s economy.

You will have strong non-contentious commercial contracts experience, perhaps with an interest in the tech sector, and you will enjoy developing genuine long-term client relationship opportunities, often with high profile and fast-growth businesses. This is a role where you will be heavily involved in everything the team gets involved in from the outset and there are excellent prospects for personal career progression.

Salary likely to be at least £70,000+ depending on your CV and your level of experience at this stage.
