Our client is currently seeking a bright junior Corporate lawyer to join their stellar private equity practice.
Handling premium private equity transactions, you will enjoy an autonomous role, with high levels of responsibility. The practice are ranked amongst the best in the market for this area, consistently attracting the highest quality of work.
Successful candidates will have relevant experience and will have trained and/or will be practising with a Silver Circle, Magic Circle or US firm in the City.
