This in-house role is for an international company that provides services in the automotive engineering space. They require a Commercial Contracts Manager with a legal background to become immersed in high value contracts with some of the most prominent manufacturers and suppliers globally.

The Role

You will work in a diversified and highly entrepreneurial global business. The companies Legal function handles risk management and control of commercial contracts, minimising risk and ensuring their exceptional reputation is consistently upheld.

In this role no two days will be the same. You will deal with a multitude of customers and suppliers and will consistently engage with internal stakeholders. Technical ability is of great importance in this role in addition to the ability to effectively manage relationships at Senior Executive level. You will also have the opportunity to manage a Legal Team and to enhance process efficiencies within this team to boost productivity in a high-performance environment.

The company has a family feel with a non-traditional hierarchy. Senior Executives are approachable and take an active role within the company at all levels. The company take a very progressive approach in terms of working culture. Flexibility with hours and a hybrid work from home policy is in place, with the ability to work from home up to four days a week. Requirements

  • 4 Years + PQE in a Commercial Contracts roles
  • Experience of managing a high performing team
  • A qualified Solicitor of legal Executive (CILEX/FILEX)
