CORPORATE LAWYER
Recognised national law firm is looking to recruit an experienced corporate lawyer into its growing London corporate team.
Role Overview
You will join this top 100 law firm which has a particularly strong presence in the South of England. Servicing a range of commercial clients your duties will include:
- Handling a mixed caseload of transactional corporate cases
- Company formation
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Joint ventures
- IT
- Media contracts
- Non contentious IP
The team works for clients in sectors that include aviation, pharmaceutical, recruitment, telecommunications, media and publishing. The team is growing, but still small enough that you will get good exposure to clients and working for a Legal 500 rated partner.
To be considered you will be a qualified solicitor with at least 2 years' pqe in corporate or commercial work.
