The role:
This Top 100 firm is looking for a Real Estate Solicitor NQ-1 years PQE to join their growing real estate practice based in Reading.
You will be joining a highly renowned team of real estate lawyers who act for some of the largest real estate owners and corporate occupiers in the UK.
Prior experience and training in a quality commercial property practice will equip you to take on responsibility from the outset, and you will be given industry leading support and professional development to jumpstart your career in the real estate space.
The work will include but not be limited to acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, property development with some finance too.
You will receive an excellent level of exposure, and given their level of growth, career prospects are in abundance.
Requirements:
- Real Estate Solicitor NQ-1 years PQE with experience in a quality real estate department
- Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
- Track record in business development & marketing the department projects
