Job Details
This top silver circle firm is looking for a talented corporate associate to join its stellar mid-market private equity team which is acting increasingly on high-end PE transactions.
The firm offers top quality work in a friendly and supportive environment with better work/life balance than the magic circle without a substantial drop in salary.
The successful candidate should have broad post-qualification experience at a top UK or US law firm, be comfortable taking the lead on transactions and managing client relationships, and be looking to take an active role in helping with the continues growth of the team.
