The Opportunity

The organisation now has a need for a lawyer to join for 12 months and provide dedicated legal support to the objectives of the organisation. This will include providing both day-to-day and strategic advice on investment decisions and initiatives as well as drafting and negotiating complex commercial and licence agreements. You will support projects and you will support on IP and regulatory compliance.

About You

This is a unique opportunity for a lawyer with broad experience to join an innovative, forward-thinking organisation in a key role for 12 months. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial contracts experience with and knowledge of IP being useful. Experience in the not-for-profit sector would be beneficial. You must be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and be comfortable liaising with technical specialists (often with a science background) in order to achieve objectives and complete key projects.
