The role will entail working on a broad range of high-level transactional matters, with a particular emphasis on the commercial real estate and residential development areas, acting for an impressive list of major industry names active in the sector along with smaller entrepreneurial businesses and high net worth individuals.   Matters handled may typically include the sale, purchase and financing of commercial property; acting for Landlords / Tenants in the grant / taking of commercial leases; residential, commercial and mixed use developments (incl. acquisition of sites, financing, site set up and disposal of units); and representing lenders and borrowers on financing, refinancing and bridge lending.  The role will, in addition, give the chance to immerse in every aspect of the practice, from client relationships and marketing, to know-how and training for the team.  High-quality UK / London-based experience, excellent people skills and strong academics are sought.
