Job Details
This prestigious global law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Intellectual Property team based in London. The role offers a varied diet of work, including contentious, transactional, and advisory work involving both soft and hard IP. This is a fantastic opportunity for an IP lawyer looking for a broader role, high-quality and interesting work.
The role will involve IP litigation (patents, trademarks, and copyright); technology disputes, transactional IP, both stand-alone IP licences/assignments and corporate and finance deals where IP is an important element; reputation protection, privacy and advertising regulation; and trademark portfolio management and related disputes.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of PQE and will come from a rival City practice or major international law firm. Strong academics and a stable career record are required for this role.
