This highly rated boutique City firm has two excellent opportunities for a junior to mid-level Associate and a Senior Associate to join their thriving and fast-developing London Fintech practice. The roles will involve working closely with a lead partner in this area, in advising both established and new FinTech platforms; typical clients include UK and European lending platforms (both corporate and consumer lending), challenger banks, open banking platforms and payments platforms. The roles would particularly suit experienced banking and finance, structured finance or DCM lawyers, looking to expand their repertoire of legal skills, and to become lawyers equipped to service the needs of a technologically-driven FS market. They present the chance to immerse yourself in the FinTech community and generate your own network and business opportunities; work with the leading customer-facing FinTech brands; and play a key role as part of an entrepreneurial and collaborative cross-departmental team.
