Job Details

Recognised global practice is actively hiring a mid-level lawyer to join its London office. The Partners across the globe are highly ranked for Antitrust / Competition law work in the legal directories and have a great reputation amongst peer firms. The team acts for clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters, including mergers, competition investigations and litigation. The partners have extensive experience in representing international and UK clients before the CMA in mergers, abuse of dominance and cartel investigations, as well as market investigations, and the defence of follow-on damages claims before the Competition Appeals Tribunal.

 

This role would suit an experienced associate looking to join a developing practice, where there is a good opportunity to take on client contact and help with the maturity of the London and European practice. 

 

Requirements:

  • Good academic background and strong training and technical development from a recognised US or UK law firm 
  • Mid-level, England & Wales qualified lawyer, post qualification experience in UK/European Antitrust/Competition
  • Experience working with US and international clients 
  • Exposure to technology, energy, and projects sectors would be desirable
