IDEX Consulting have been retained by a leading Medical National Associate, based in Birmingham, to aid in its search for Senior In-House Counsel to join the leading in-house legal team.

This association and its legal team represents one of the largest medical memberships in the UK, with its recent success being strongly attributed to the dynamic and entrepreneurial culture and this presents a fantastic opportunity to join them.

Genuine in-house opportunities do not come around often for Solicitors with claims/litigation backgrounds, and so this is an opportunity not to miss out on!

To be successful in this position, you will be a Senior Solicitor (over 8 years PQE) ideally with experience in the insurance sector, dealing with compensation claims and/or medical malpractice, and have a strong grasp on the CPR., You will also need experience in managing a team of Lawyers.
