M&A/Private Equity (3-5yrs PQE) – US Firm, Singapore

Our US clients Singapore office serves as an important hub for transactions involving Indonesia and India, as well as Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Cambodia, Mongolia, China, and South Korea. Boasting a host of high-profile partners who are active advising private equity funds and corporates on their strategic investments and disposals across the region, the firm now seek an additional corporate associate with public/private M&A and Private Equity expertise for their expanding team.

Ideally applicants will be English/Australian/New Zealand qualified and have between 3-5yrs pqe on a UK scale developed with a recognised international law firm (ideally Magic/Silver Circle or equivalent US practice). Academically strong, self-motivated with excellent communication and client handling skills, you will be capable of taking responsibility for transactions (as lead associate) while supervising junior team members when required.
