THE ROLE
In the Banking and Finance team which advises on a wide range of funding arrangements and acts for borrowers and lenders, including high street and international banks.
An associate solicitor NQ-2pqe is now sought to take up an exciting opportunity to join this growing team.
The work will involve acting on a range of financing transactions and also assisting the Financial Services Regulatory team.
ABOUT YOU
A solicitor with the ability to assist the partner with the management of banking and finance transactions, draft, review and negotiate banking documentation and to manage client deadlines and transaction delivery.
With excellent academics, you will have good organisational and drafting skills.
You will be joining a firm which operates an agile working policy with 50% home based and 50% office based working.
