*NEW* Compliance Training Manager/Lawyer - Global Firm

A unique positive has arisen at a global law firm who are seeking a Compliance Training Manager to join their London office! Sitting with the firm's L&D department, the successful candidate will assist the department and the firm's Office of General Counsel in the delivery of Compliance training strategy, ethics and risk training curricula, and design, development, management, and evaluation of Compliance training content. It will also involve monitoring and reporting on relevant developments in the legal and business environment, creating and maintaining a central library of Compliance training and research materials, and delivering training or preparing training materials to be delivered by the GC. Applicants should be qualified lawyers with a strong background in Training with ideally a background as a PSL or Learning & Development. Previous Compliance experience would be an advantage but isn't necessarily a pre-requisite for the role.
