An extremely rare opportunity has arisen for a bright mid to senior level litigator to join our client's market leading Pensions Litigation practice.

Working as part of a close knit team of 5 lawyers, this individual will enjoy an interesting and varied book of work, gaining excellent responsibility to large matters, often as the number 2 alongside the partners. As such this person will benefit from terrific partner support and will enjoy excellent progression prospects, with no barriers to partnership.

Typical matters include; High Court litigation, including rectification and construction actions, judicial review, breach of trust, negligence and contractual disputes, as well as high profile enforcement cases, involving the Pensions Regulator's anti-avoidance and scheme funding powers.
