**NEW** Corporate/Commercial Associate 2-5PQE

An International law firm are looking to grow their Commercial team in London with the hire of an associate between the 2-5PQE mark. This vacancy offers the chance to join a rapidly growing team, undertake a particularly broad role and high-end International work.

The new joiner will be expected to be involved in a variety of different work, predominantly on the Commercial Contracts side but will also gain exposure to Corporate, Regulatory, Finance and Insurance work. The team advise global Investment Banks, International Corporations, household name Insurer clients and innovative start-ups. The successful candidate will advise on a full-range of Commercial Contracts, including purchase agreements, distribution agreements, IT contracts and sales agreements.

The firm are looking to hire an individual with a minimum of two years' post-qualification experience at a leading regional, City or International team. Additional experience advising on FS regulatory matters would be particularly advantageous but is not a prerequisite to be considered for the roles.
