An international, engineering consultancy
THE ROLE
We have a vacancy for a Solicitor NQ-5 PQE with a commercial or engineering/construction background
This is an opportunity for a Solicitor to join a well-established and collegiate in house legal department
The successful candidate will be expected to handle a varied commercial workload with a focus on construction/engineering contracts
The work will include reviewing, negotiating and drafting consultancy and sub-consultancy agreements, collateral warranties, framework and JV agreements
There will be an opportunity to handle some contentious work
Some UK travel between offices may be required
THE CANDIDATE
You will ideally have a background in construction and engineering law, however candidates with general commercial contracts experience will be considered
Applicants must have a solid academic background with relevant experience gained from a leading law firm
