The Role:
You will join a leading, national Corporate team as a Senior Associate in the firm's Manchester office.
The team attracts work from a good mix of public and private companies across a variety of sectors. You will be involved in a range of high-profile Corporate work, including M&A, capital markets and private equity.
As part of a growing team that is investing significantly in its regional offering, you will have the investment and support needed to propel your career. You can expect to have a clear pathway to partnership outlined from day one, which is rare to find at a firm of this size.

Requirements:
- As a guide, you will be a Corporate Lawyer with at least 5 years PQE
- Exposure to a range of Corporate work, including mergers & acquisitions, ECM and private equity deals
- Comfortable mentoring and supervising junior team members
