The Role:
The firm is looking for an ambitious Real Estate Associate to join a Legal 500 ranked Commercial Property team in London.
You will join a high performing team with an impressive client base of developers, investors, and financial institutions, working on a diverse caseload of matters that offers engaging and complex work.
You will utilise your experience to mentor and supervise junior team members and work closely alongside partners to help drive the team's growth forward. This position has clear inroads to partnership within a short period.
You will work with clients both in the private and public sector which include: real estate finance, landlord & tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals; the grant, renewal and termination of leases and related matters; conditional sale and purchase contracts.
Requirements:
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor between 4-6 years PQE
- Experience across landlord and tenant, asset management, acquisitions and disposals etc.
- You will be able to work in a collaborative, close-knit team environment
- You will be an ambitious individual looking for an opportunity to develop and progress
