US CAPITAL MARKETS LAWYER (SINGAPORE) (4 - 7 PQE) (USD 240,000 - USD 300,000)

Global US law firm with a well established office in Singapore seeks a US capital markets associate with 4 to 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience working on equity and debt capital markets deals, with US IPO (including SPAC) and high yield experience preferred but not required. You should have strong academic credentials and a commitment to building your career in Singapore.  You will have a US LLM or JD and you will be US admitted.  You will have strong client relationship skills and experience managing junior associates.  This is a rare opportunity to join a firm with a strong platform in Asia where you will be able to work on high profile and stimulating matters in a supportive and collegiate team.  An attractive package, and a full relocation package, is on offer.
