Global US law firm, with a well established platform across Asia, seeks a talented M&A / P.E. lawyer to join either its Shanghai or Beijing office.   The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in some cutting edge work for an impressive client base.  You will work within a collegiate and supportive team and you will receive exceptional mentoring and training from two partners who have one of the strongest M&A / PE teams in China.  You will be fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and you will be US qualified.  It is likely you will have experience working for a US law firm in either Asia or the US and you will be committed to building your career in China.   This is a rare opportunity to join an expanding team which will offer you strong prospects and an attractive remuneration package, including COLA.
